It’s like I have a ton of interesting friends who chat with interesting people and I just get to listen in. What a time to be alive!

Delete Your Account
Delete Your Account is a podcast hosted by journalist Roqayah Chamseddine and her plucky sidekick Kumars Salehi. Every week they will talk about important stories from the worlds of politics and pop culture, both on and off-line, in a way that will never bore you. They’re radical leftists, but not that kind. The other kind. The fun kind. (from their promotional material)

Rev Left Radio
Rev Left Radio explores politics, philosophy, history, and struggle through a Marxist lens. We play our humble role in advancing a systematic analysis of the ever-changing world rooted in dialectical and historical materialism and a principled vision for the human species rooted in egalitarianism, solidarity, compassion, enlightenment, and human flourishing. How to Survive the End of the World
Join Autumn Brown and adrienne maree brown, two sisters who share many identities, as writers, activists, facilitators, and inheritors of multiracial diasporic lineages, as well as a particular interest in the question of survival, as we embark on a podcast that delves into the practices we need as a community, to move through endings and to come out whole on the other side, whatever that might be. (from their promotional material)
The Lever
The Lever does a lot of things, but their series titled The Master Plan is something all Americans should check out. The Lever’s reporting, podcasts, videos, and live events focus on politics, business, and corruption. We expose how money shapes and distorts public policy. We report inconvenient truths without regard for which powerbrokers, politicians, or political parties such reporting might offend. (last three sentences from their website)

Redneck Gone Green
This podcast isn’t about doom-scrolling or despair. It’s about action. It’s about preparing ourselves, our families, and our communities for what’s coming. It’s about learning how to build local resilience, organize effectively, and create real, nonviolent revolutionary change where we live, work, play, and pray. (from their website)
Conspirituality
Conspirituality Podcast is where a journalist, a cult researcher, and a philosophical skeptic discuss the stories, cognitive dissonances, and cultic dynamics tearing through the yoga, wellness, and new spirituality worlds. Mainstream outlets have noticed the problem. We crowd-source, research, analyze, and dream answers to it. (adapted from their website)

Seriously Wrong
This utopian leftist comedy podcast brings me joy. Their commitment to visualizing a usufructian library socialist future through comedic sketches interspersed with their commentary and sometime interviews always brightens my day.
Literature and History
This show has brought such richness to my life, especially episode 29. It’s an absolute masterpiece of storytelling. Each episode explores an influential work of world literature, featuring summaries of the texts, historical analyses of the cultures that produced them, and some original music to keep you engaged. The Response
Real people doing the work of mutual aid in times of crisis. This is a great way to learn about organizing. Documentaries explore community-led responses to disasters like Hurricane Katrina or the war in Ukraine. Interviews feature organizers, educators, and practitioners who offer unique perspectives on themes ranging from mutual aid to revolutionary theory. (last two sentences from their website)
Fifteen Minutes of Fascism
Dr. Craig A. Johnson presents Fifteen Minutes of Fascism, a sadly topical channel covering the global rise of the radical right. The “See You in Hell” segment celebrating the death of a prominent fascist is always heartwarming. Fascism in fiction is also helpful for me.
