This Ox oven was built by Lonny Grafman and his team at Blue Ox. I was blessed to bake the inaugural batch of bread in it. I hope to volunteer there for the next Thanksgiving festival and if not that, then the next May Day festival. As to having a job in a bakery again, who knows?
